This animation in a style reminiscent of Disney production was to be allegedly broadcast at the Ukrainian station for children. She was to encourage to report to the service of members of her own family speaking Russian or watching Russian content.

In the first scene we see a boy in a black T -shirt with a Ukrainian trident playing with soldiers. However, he interrupts the fun curious about music and a girlish voice coming from a neighboring room. He looks into the room at the end of the corridor and sees his sister dancing to the popular Russian song “Sigma Boy“. A recording with a dancing Donald Trump is displayed on the laptop screen next to it. Seeing this, the boy withdraws from the room. Put a hat with a patriotic patch; Another frame shows a children's handle reaching for a desktop phone's phone. A moment later, a blue board appears on the screen with the helpline number of Ukraine's Security Service and the slogan: “Be vigilant: Report treason to law enforcement agencies”. You can hear the hymn of Ukraine, and the teacher in Ukrainian says: “Remember that if your sister worships racists, he is not your sister.”

The material was allegedly broadcast on television and at first glance it looks like a public advertisement. In the upper left corner of the screen there is the logo of the Ukrainian children's Plus Plus, and right – QR code for collecting funds for the Ukrainian army (Note: We do not recommend scanning this code). In the film, which is now widespread in social media, we see as if someone had recorded a TV screen with a smartphone during the broadcast of this animation on Ukrainian television. And such a video circulates on Polish Facebook or on X.

It's no longer propaganda – it is indoctrination! Ukrainian television turns into a tool for spreading hate, and the victims of this manipulation are the youngest viewers! Proof? Proof? Ukrainian channel for children 'Plus' emitting a shocking propaganda spot, which teaches the youngest betrayal and reporting!” – informs One of the Facebook users who published a frame from the sent film on March 12 (the spelling of all posts original). “This is how totalitarianism begins! What will happen next? Will every child have to take an oath of power loyalty? Will the world react to this propaganda? Does silence mean consent to brainwashing the youngest?” he asked.

Other Facebook memberswho they published already full recording, commented on For example: “'If your sister listens to Russian songs, this is not your sister!' Such advertising is broadcast on the Ukrainian children's channel 'Plus'. Or: “Ukrainian television is a hate relay station.”

User X, who on March 12 published The whole recording commented: “Propaganda programs of Banderian Nazis in the Ukrainian media, addressed to children: 'If your sister likes Ruthenian, he is not your sister!' – And instructions on how to inform SBU (Security Service of Ukraine – ed.), If it turned out that someone from the family listens to Russian music. We checked what is known about the recording.

The message broadcast by Russian media. It also circulates in other languages

On March 12, the same recording was distributed by Russian media, including portals Eadily, Komsomolskaya truth, No format, Threatening-information. “Television advertising in Ukraine encourages children to report their relatives to SBU for speaking Russian”; “Submit a sister, dad and mother – and make SBU happy: in Ukraine they suggest reporting on their relatives” – warned in titles.

Similar material transmission from March 11 was circulating also in Russian -language Telegram. He was published on his channel Oleksandr Semchenko, a pro -Russian blogger from Donetsk supporting the separatist activities of the self -proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic. “When you see it, it gets really terrifying, young children are taught hatred and betrayal of their relatives since childhood” – wrote. Recording they published Too Russian -language Users of the X website.

Information about this alleged animation also circulates in English. The materials appeared in the English version of the portal Eadilyon Reddit forumor in website x. In the latter, posts about the alleged advertising were also published in languages Spanish, Italian, French Whether Greek.

Doubts around the recording. Which indicates artificial intelligence

Russian media and Internet users disseminate the same recording as alleged proof of the thesis that Ukrainian children are encouraged to report. This immediately raises doubts, because if the material was actually broadcast on children's television, there is a high probability that it would see and record more viewers in various forms. Meanwhile, there is no independent confirmation or alternative recordings.

In addition, there are premises that the recording could have been generated using artificial intelligence. This can be indicated by unnaturally blurred backgrounds of frames, and only the character in the foreground can be clearly visible. These are the effects characteristic of digitally generated materials.

Analysis of the cage cage reveals further inaccuracies. For example, the boy in the first shot has a different hairstyle than in the next one, when the corridor goes. The size of the red circle with the trident changes on its T -shirt – at first it is large, in the next shot clearly smaller. These inconsistencies suggest image manipulation.

On official website Ukraine's security services and its social media accounts (service x, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) There is no trace of the alleged information campaign addressed to children.

Ukrinform: The recording was never broadcast in the Ukrainian media

The video was analyzed by the editors of the State Information Agency Ukrinform. “This video has never been broadcast on the plus tv channel or any other Ukrainian media,” he informs. Plus Plus is a Ukrainian TV channel for children emitting cartoons and animated series. They differ graphically from the material, which was supposed to encourage Ukrainian children to report to family members.

The agency drew attention to important details. The name of the channel in the logo is displayed in blue – meanwhile published as proof by the staff agency Plus programs show that the name of the channel is white, translucent and blends with the background. As the Ukrinform notes, the QR code in the upper right corner is usually not displayed during advertising breaks.

“The advertisement is false and was created by the Russians”

Before a false recording warns on the X Service X Ukrainian Center for Counteracting Misinformation (CCD). It is a working body at the National Security and Defense Council established in March 2022, after the Russian invasion, in order to counteract threats appearing in the information sphere. “After verifying information with the security service of Ukraine, the center confirms that the advertisement is false and was created by the Russians, probably using artificial intelligence. Such attempts to disinformation are aimed at discrediting Ukraine in the eyes of an international audience and justifying Russia's aggression on Ukraine” – explains Centrum in a thread published on March 12.
