Orange County officers have formally charged Shannon Beador one month after she was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star is now going through one rely of driving inebriated, one rely of driving with blood alcohol of .08% or extra and one rely of hit-and-run with property injury in connection to a vehicular incident in Newport Seashore, Calif., on Sept. 17, in keeping with charging papers obtained by NBC Information. All three expenses are misdemeanors.
Beador, 59, allegedly had a .24% blood alcohol stage, which is thrice the authorized restrict, per the doc.
E! Information has reached out to Beador’s legal professional for remark on her expenses, although her lawyer Michael L. Fell beforehand informed E! Information in a press release that the Bravo persona “is ready to simply accept full accountability for her actions.”
