The woman’s husband and the father of the children who died are to receive the most – PLN 18,000. The remaining victims received PLN 3,000 each. The court did not decide to issue a driving ban for M. The injured parties and relatives of the victims were not present at the announcement of the verdict, nor was the accused.

According to experts, the driver’s driving was not reckless and he was sober. According to the regulations, five people could travel in the Fiat, and there were seven of them. However, the court found that this did not reduce the guilt of the truck driver.
