He stated, inter alia, that “inspection findings indicate that the procedures and response mechanisms (…) worked properly to the level of the Operational Commander, who did not properly fulfill his duties.” This commander is the Lieutenant General Tomasz Piotrowski.

After making the statement, Błaszczak did not want to answer journalists’ questions, including when he found out that a rocket had fallen near Bydgoszcz.

MP Czesław Mroczek, who was the deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense in 2011-2015, pointed out that “there is no greater threat than the missile threat.”

He reminded that in the Sejm, the case was referred to the joint defense and special services committees. – As we hear, the meeting is scheduled for May 25. We demand an immediate meeting of both committees, because in the light of these scuffles, escape from responsibility by the most important people in the state cannot wait – he said.
