The prosecutor did not agree with this and filed a complaint to the District Court in Kalisz. – The prosecutor appealed against the decision of the court in Ostrzeszów and filed an appeal with the Kalisz court in the form of a complaint. The prosecutor presented his argument, pointing to both the risk of a high penalty and the need to conduct further evidence. It is very important to determine the statements made by the people who were in the car, and since these people know each other, failure to arrest could complicate the proceedings. It is primarily about ensuring the proper course of action, said Maciej Meler, spokesman for the District Prosecutor’s Office in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
