Tragic accident on national road number 42 in the Łódź province. Two people died in a collision between two passenger cars.
The accident occurred on Sunday around 10 a.m. on national road number 42 in the town of Kodrąb, Radomsko County.

The Citroen car was carrying two people – men aged 51 and 60. As Senior Captain Marek Jeziorski, press officer of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Radomsko, told tvn24.pl, the Audi A4 was carrying a family of four with two children aged 6 and 8.

– Two people died. A 51-year-old passenger of the Citroen and a 40-year-old woman from the Audi. The other participants in the accident were transported to hospital – added the firefighter. Two children are in serious condition.

The road is blocked in both directions. Emergency services are working at the scene.
