Telewizja Republika presented on Monday what she called the new recording from Roman Giertych's “tapes”. In this way, a fragment of his statements, reproduced on the air, was announced, adding that it came from April this year. But this statement of Giertych has nothing to do with the fragments of his conversations published for several days by TV of Republika and the fragments of his conversations recorded with the help of spy Pegasus software.

Propis media, including TV Republika and WPOLSKA, which are financially dependent on this party, for a few days publish fragments of recordings of Donald Tusk's conversations with Roman Giertych. They are to come from 2019, when the current prime minister was the chairman of the European Council. Both stations have announced that they will soon publish subsequent fragments from the recordings.

“Gazeta Wyborcza” noticed that the fact that these talks were conducted using online messengers and their record is only possible using a spy system, shows that the tapes, published now by right -wing media, were registered with the help of Pegasus – illegal spy software, in which the services were used in the times of rule PIS.

Telewizja Republika announced on Monday evening that it allegedly had more tapes with the current MP of the Civic Coalition and one of them comes from 2025. The leading Danuta Holecka, whose guests were Tomasz Sakiewicz, Piotr Nisztor and Cezary Gmyz, said that the station “revealed” one “recordings” before, and “Today we have other tapes”.

– I am asking for the first fragment. Roman Giertych talks about the actions of Donald Tusk and Adam Bodnar. This tape comes from this year – she said.

Then Giertych's statement was recreated on the air, and a board with a written statement appeared on the screen. A miniature with the inscription “Tape scandal 2.0” was also displayed in the right corner of the screen.

On the recreated fragment of Giertych, he talks, among others, about the rate of settlement of PiS government, the actions of the Minister of Justice and prosecutor general Adam Bodnar, and the changes that in his opinion must take place in the prosecutor's office. – Now we couldn't do anything for obvious reasons. No change would pass through the president's desk, therefore it was impossible to realize it for a year and a half. We simply have to prosecutors who have disgraced cooperation in the illegal activities of the previous authority, preferably by profession – he assesses.

– We must also lead to this prosecutor's office to gain some pace. However, all this requires statutory changes that we could not simply do. What Minister Bodnar did, I think he did a lot, it does not mean that everything, what I would see, to have to do, but it is always that the government does not do all that we would expect. I think he is a good face of these settlements. What he would change after the election would make a serious change in the prosecutor's office. However, what has been done so far is in my opinion – and I think that this is our success when it comes to the team – it is to convince the public that PiS in the previous period behaved contrary to the law – says Giertych.
