Russia, Belgorod. The crisis is affecting hospitals. Operations without anesthesia

In hospitals in the Belgorod regionwhere civilians and occupiers are treated, there is a catastrophic shortage of anesthetics – reports the anti-Russian channel VChK-OGPU, citing sources in medical institutions. “Surgeries on the injured are performed under anesthesia at a dose of approx 20 percent required standardi.e. the fragments are practically pulled out alive,” we read in the entry.

According to VChK-OGPU, whose reports are quoted by the Ukrainian Unian agency, the cause of the problems is growing number of injured and thefts. As the General Staff of the Kiev Armed Forces recently reported, the Russians created military hospital for 200 people at the local facility in Biłowodzki in the occupied Luhansk region. Patients treated there so far have been “discharged”.
