Alexander Hinsztejn reported on Thursday in social media that too much “sin” accumulated in the office of his predecessor. He decided to invite the Metropolitan of Kurska, Germany to sacrifice this place.
“Not the rituals themselves are the most important, but the purity of thoughts. Today, it is more important than ever to serve people, and not use power for personal enrichment!” – wrote Hinsztejn, referring to the history of Alexei Smirnów, the previous governor bordering with Ukraine Kurski District.
