“Branch of the 26th Russian rocket brigade in the area of ​​the city of KliÅ„ce in the Bryan region (Russian Federation) tried to attack on one of the Ukrainian towns – most likely on Kiev,” said the staff.
“Thanks to the effective diagnosis and coordinated operation of the units of the armed forces of Ukraine and SBU, the goal was successfully hit. One Russian rocket launcher exploded, and two more – with high probability – were damaged” – was announced in a message on the telegram.
The staff in Kiev reported that the Russian unit was attacked with rockets, but no more details were disclosed.
Iskander is a short -range land shell with a launcher on a car platform, commonly used by Russia during the war, which it has been against Ukraine since the beginning of 2022.

In the evening of May 31 and in the morning of June 1, bridges were blown up in the Bryan and Kurski districts. During the first explosion, which occurred in the Bryan region under the viaduct, a passenger train passed. As a result of the event, several wagons derailed, seven people were killed and more than 100 were injured.
The head of the Russian Federation Investigation Committee Aleksandr Bastrykin announced that evidence was collected that there were Ukrainian services behind the blowing of bridges in the Kursk and Bryan regions. The authorities in Kiev did not officially refer to these accusations.
