An indictment has been filed in a New York court against employees of the RT station, previously known as Russia Today. They transferred millions of dollars to spread pro-Kremlin propaganda in the United States. Dozens of anti-Ukrainian texts have appeared on Internet platforms. It turns out that they were written for Russian money. Just like in America, Russia can operate all over the world.
The Russian propaganda machine is now using Americans and American companies to spread the Kremlin's narrative, documents released by the Justice Department show.
“Russia Today and its employees, including the defendants, used $10 million to found and operate a Tennessee-based company that published content favorable to the Russian government,” said Merrick Garland, U.S. Attorney General.
American media say it is Tenet Media, a company that publishes shows by right-wing commentators. Among them is Tim Pool, who interviewed Donald Trump in May.
“One of the greatest enemies of our nation is currently Ukraine”
– We gave Ukraine about $200 billion and we didn't benefit from it in any way. We give $200 billion to a country thousands of miles away from us that is attacking Russia and putting us on the brink of World War III – said Tim Pool, an American political commentator, in one of his programs.
Anti-Ukrainian themes appear frequently in Pool's programs. Now he and other influencers claim that they themselves have become victims of the Russians, and that no one has influenced their views. It is hard to believe this, listening to a fragment of his other program.
– I emphasize again, one of the greatest enemies of our nation right now is Ukraine. They are expanding this war, and don't get me wrong. We have a criminal part of our government that is pushing them and leading them and telling them what to do – commented Tim Pool.
The Americans charged two RT employees and imposed sanctions on several individuals and institutions.

Americans fear Chinese and Iranian interference in elections
The Kremlin denies everything, and Vladimir Putin mocks the Americans and the choice they face.
– I already said that our favorite was the current president, Mr. Biden. He was removed from the race, but he told his supporters to support Ms. Harris. We will do the same, we will support her. And secondly, her laugh is so expressive and contagious that you can see that everything is fine with her – said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
It is worth recalling that, according to a report by American intelligence, eight years ago, four years ago and now, the Kremlin wanted and wants Donald Trump to win.
– All these factors, led by the Kremlin, are trying to change and influence how Americans will vote when they go to the polls – said John Kirby of the US National Security Council.
The White House also warns of Tehran interfering in the election. Iranian hackers are mainly targeting Donald Trump's campaign, but China's actions also pose a threat.
