> Russia will increase its war budget in 2025 by 23%. from 10.8 trillion planned for this year to 13.5 trillion rubles (approx. USD 145 billion), Reuters reported, citing the published draft three-year budget. Moreover, oil and gas revenues are expected to decline between 2025 and 2027.
> President Vladimir Putin signed the decree about the autumn draft. From October 1 to the end of this year, 133,000 recruits are to be recruited into the army, media in Russia reported.
