On Tuesday morning, Santander Bank Polska customers complained about difficulties again. The mobile application and online banking do not work. “Unfortunately, we have a failure. We are trying to solve the problem as soon as possible,” wrote the bank’s representatives on social media. A failure in one of the largest banks operating in Poland also occurred on Monday.
“Online banking doesn’t work”, “the application still doesn’t work!!”, “nothing works… I enter the login, but I can’t enter the password”, “do you know when I will be able to log in? I can’t log in yesterday or today” – these are comments from Santander Bank Polska customers on the institution’s Facebook profile.
Santander Bank Polska – failure
In response to these comments, the bank admits that a failure occurred. “Unfortunately, we have a breakdown. We are trying to solve the problem as soon as possible,” it was written. “The app currently does not work, we apologize. We are already working on removing the difficulties,” it added.
Information about the failure also appeared on the bank’s website. “The mobile application does not work. We are sorry – we are removing the inconvenience,” we read.
A breakdown in Santander also occurred on Monday around 1:00 p.m. We received information from Internet users that the application and electronic banking were not working at Kontakt 24. The difficulties ended after 6 p.m.
