Santander Bank Polska informed about the difficulties on Monday. We could read on social media and on the bank’s website that “online banking and the mobile application” were not working. Santander reported after 6 p.m. that the problems had been resolved.

In turn, information available on the Downdetector website, which collects information about problems sent by Internet users, showed that the breakdown in Santander began on Monday around 1 p.m. That’s when the number of reports of difficulties began to increase.
Information about the failure also appeared on Santander Bank Polska’s social media and on the bank’s website.
“Attention! Online banking and the mobile application do not work. We are sorry – we are removing the inconvenience” – we could read in the post on Facebook, which was published at 1:40 p.m.
After 6 p.m., the entry was updated: “6:08 p.m. the disruptions have ended. You can now use the mobile application and online banking. We apologize again for the inconvenience.”
