On Friday afternoon, Santander Bank Polska customers had problems with access to their accounts. “Our mobile application did not work as we would like today,” the bank said in a social media post. The difficulties ended around 6 p.m.
Santander Bank Polska posted an entry on social media before 2 p.m., informing about difficulties in the mobile application. “We are working on solving them. We apologize for the inconvenience,” assured the bank’s representatives.
There were also problems logging in to online banking. “You will not be able to use online banking at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are fixing the problem,” we could read in a message on the bank’s website.
The difficulties ended just before 6 p.m.
“Our mobile application did not work today as we would like. There were problems with logging in and authorizing transfers. We are very sorry for this situation. We know that it affected your comfort. Currently, the application works properly,” it was reported in a post on Facebook.
According to the information available on the Downdetector website, which collects information about problems sent by Internet users, the failure at Santander Bank Polska began on Friday after 1 p.m. That’s when the number of reports of disruptions began to increase.
