Sebastian Tylman, a longtime councilor of the city of Łódź, died on Thursday in Radestów near Przysucha (Masovian Voivodeship). He was a passenger in a car that fell out of the way, fatally hit a pedestrian and hit a concrete culvert with great force. The circumstances of the tragedy are being investigated by the prosecutor’s office.
On Thursday, on tvn24.pl, we informed about the tragedy that happened on the provincial road number 727. Sub-inspector Katarzyna Kucharska from the press office of the Masovian police said that a passenger subaru led by a 38-year-old man had fallen out of the way.
– The car fatally hit a 70-year-old woman who was walking by the road. The vehicle then hit a concrete culvert. As a result of the collision, two subaru passengers were killed: 40 and 42-year-old men – said the policewoman.

One of the victims of the accident was Sebastian Tylman. He was a councilor in Łódź in 2006-2014. Initially, until 2013, he was associated with the Civic Platform. In 2013, he was one of the founders of the Łódź 2020 circle. In 2014, he was associated with Law and Justice.
The former local government official was 42 years old, orphaned two children.
The circumstances of the tragic accident are being investigated by the district prosecutor’s office in Przysucha. Prosecutor Ernerst Skrok in an interview with tvn24.pl said that the investigators are waiting for the police to provide them with the files on this case.
– In the near future, the execution of forensic and medical autopsies of the victims of the accident will be ordered, says the prosecutor Skrok.
He also announced the appointment of an expert in the field of road accident investigation. Prosecutors will want to recreate the speed at which the Subaru passenger car moved before it ran off the road. The driver’s driving technique will also be tested.
The 38-year-old driver was hospitalized in a non-life-threatening condition. He was sober at the time of the accident.
