A Metropolitan Police officer will seem in court docket on Monday after he was charged with rape, Hertfordshire Constabulary has mentioned.
PC David Carrick, 46, who relies throughout the Met’s Parliamentary and Diplomatic Safety Command, was charged on Sunday.
He was off-duty in Hertfordshire on the time of his arrest on Saturday and was suspended on the identical day by the Met Police.
