On Friday, police found the body of a missing woman who went looking for a cat and fell into a sinkhole in a Pennsylvania county. The search operation, which involved about a hundred people, lasted several days.

The body of missing Elizabeth Pollard was found Friday before noon local time in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The 64-year-old was last seen on Monday, when she and her granddaughter were looking for their cat. Her family reported her missing on Tuesday. Two hours after starting the search, the police found the woman's car and a scared and cold five-year-old girl inside. The officers found a deep sinkhole near the car. It is believed that the woman fell into this hole in the ground, police said.
