During forestry work in Brzegi (Lesser Poland Voivodeship), a tractor hit a 39-year-old man and dragged him along the ground for a while. According to the police, the man was seriously injured and taken to hospital.
A serious accident occurred on Tuesday (November 7) afternoon in Brzegi near Bukowina Tatrzańska. While working in the forest, the man got out of the tractor and went to the back of it. The vehicle suddenly started rolling.
Accident during forestry work
According to the press release by staff aspirant Roman Wieczorek, press officer of the Zakopane police, most likely when the machine started to move, the 39-year-old was between the tractor and the trailer with a tree.
The vehicle hit the man. – For a moment, the set dragged the man along the ground. As a result of the described accident, the driver suffered serious injuries. He was taken to hospital, Wieczorek reports.
The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident. As the Zakopane police spokesman told us on Thursday, the 39-year-old is still in hospital. However, the officers do not provide information about his health condition.
