The police detained two patostreamers who allegedly abused drunk girls while broadcasting on the Internet. According to the police, the teenagers “committed crimes against life and health.” When the case became public, they went abroad. The prosecutor’s office is investigating the case, among others. for failing to provide help to one of the girls and causing bodily injury to the other.
On Monday, the police announced the arrest of two 18-year-old patostreamers who broadcast on the Internet how they behaved towards two girls in mid-November. When the case became famous, they fled abroad. It was established that both victims were adults. The police secured the recordings from the Internet in cooperation with officers from the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime. The personal details of all participants in the broadcast were also quickly established.
As previously reported by the prosecutor’s office, the proceedings in this case are being conducted with regard to, among others: failure to provide assistance to one of the injured parties and causing bodily injury to the other.
They crossed the border and were detained
– As a result of intensive operational work, police officers from the Criminal Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice located the 18-year-olds and determined that they intended to return to Poland. Last weekend, they were detained in Silesia, shortly after they crossed the border – said Senior Asp. on Monday morning. Olaf Burakiewicz from the press team of the Silesian Police. The teenagers were taken into police custody.
According to the police, the officers analyzed the material regarding the two young men very carefully. It was confirmed that on November 17 in Bytom and Gliwice they “committed crimes against life and health against two young women.” Later they went abroad. They were detained on Sunday, immediately after their return.
“Today they will be taken from police custody to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Katowice, where they will be charged. The prosecutor will decide what the charges will be,” the police said in a statement on Monday.
