15 years ago, a nearly 2-minute recording of an icy hill on KusociÅ„skiego Street in Szczecin, which other drivers tried unsuccessfully to climb, became a hit on the Internet. The result – a series of crashes. “But he broke off!” – commented one of the witnesses.
It was similar on Sunday in Skarszew. Six cars crashed on Sunday on provincial road 470 between Kalisz and Turek (Greater Poland Voivodeship). First, around 1 p.m., two cars drove into a ditch. When the vehicles were cleared, another four landed in the ditch.
– On a section of the road that has not been cleared of snow, snow is blowing onto the road due to a strong wind. There was a collision of four passenger vehicles, as a result of which one person was taken to hospital – says aspirant Janusz DÄ™bowski from the State Fire Service in Kalisz.
