A 55-year-old man went missing in Skaryszew. Police officers with a dog set out to search for the man, which found the missing man in the bushes in a neighboring district.
On Monday, September 20, around 10 p.m., police officers from Skaryszew received information about a 55-year-old resident of this commune who left home and did not contact his family. It was established that the man was last seen in the Zwoleń district. There, a guide joined the search. “The police dog Nador followed the trail, leading into the bushes to the fields where the missing man was lying,” Justyna Jaśkiewicz from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Radom said in a statement. After being found, the 55-year-old was given medical care.

As the police emphasized, the 55-year-old was found just an hour after reporting his disappearance and managed to help him before serious health consequences occurred. “The temperature outside was around a few degrees and could be very dangerous for people staying outdoors without appropriate clothing,” emphasized Justyna Jaśkiewicz.

The police warn that there may be more similar situations. “Therefore, we appeal not to be indifferent and to react in situations where homeless, elderly and intoxicated people are in difficult conditions. One phone call is enough to save human life and health,” they noted.
