Police officers from Słubice (Lubuskie Province) are trying to determine who the man is who was hit by a truck on national road no. 31 on Tuesday. The man was taken to hospital in Gorzów Wielkopolski. His distinguishing feature is a tattoo on the right side of his chest.
Police officers from Słubice are investigating the circumstances of the pedestrian accident that occurred on Tuesday, August 13, on national road number 31 between Słubice and Drzecin.
– Initial police findings indicate that a 52-year-old resident of our district was driving a truck and hit an unknown man who was on the traffic lane. As a result of the strong impact, the pedestrian was thrown to the side of the road – explains Senior Sergeant Ewa Murmyło, press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Słubice.

The man was taken to the Provincial Hospital in Gorzów Wielkopolski and is still there. – Activities are underway to establish the identity of the hospitalized man – Murmyło reports.
