They heard a bang like a gunshot and called the police. The whole area was secured and the police entered one of the apartments. Nearly 20 guns were found there.
The incident was reported to the Municipal Police Headquarters in Słupsk on Friday, July 21, at approx. 20. – A resident of one of the streets in Słupsk reported sounds that resembled a gunshot – reported on Saturday the press officer of the Słupsk police, junior asp. Jakub Baginski.
Police located the apartment where the noise was coming from and secured the area. Officers of the Independent Counter-Terrorist Subunit of the Police also arrived at the site, and at approx. At 1 a.m. they went inside and detained a 42-year-old man.
The gun will be checked for legality
– In his apartment, they found nearly 20 units of weapons that will be analyzed in terms of the legality of their possession – explained junior asp. Baginski.
The man was arrested. The police will investigate the details and circumstances of the incident.
