The heads of Cyfrowy Polsat, Telewizja Polsat, Polkomtel and Netia have been made sensitive to orders from people whose recently acquired powers may raise doubts – reported on Wednesday “Gazeta Wyborcza”.

Cyfrowy Polsat, one of Zygmunt Solorz's most important companies, has issued a statement. It emphasizes, among other things, that “the company operates and works in a normal manner.” “The company, as a rule, does not comment on the actions of its shareholders and does not deal with the family relations of any of its shareholders,” we read in the message. Tomasz Matwiejczuk, spokesman for Solorz's capital group, emphasizes that the company “operates on the basis of the statute, which clearly describes the decision-making procedures.” “Resolutions of the Supervisory Board are adopted in all matters described in the statute,” informs Cyfrowy Polsat, adding that resolutions of the Supervisory Board “are adopted on an ongoing basis.” “The work of the Board is managed by Zygmunt Solorz as the Chairman,” we read in the statement.

According to “GW”, the e-mail sent by the businessman's children is de facto “a warning against an attempt to take over Solorz's business by people – according to his children – who are unauthorized, who may harm this business and embroil it politically”. Zygmunt Solorz's three children are said to be in a bitter dispute with Justyna Kulka, whom the businessman married in March this year. At the beginning of the document, Solorz's children inform that due to illness, contact with their father is difficult. The siblings are seriously concerned about the whole situation – they do not know where their father is currently. Meanwhile, “Gazeta Wyborcza” has established that the billionaire is in Italy, but it has not been possible to contact the businessman because “his wife is to fully control contact with him”. Solorz's children also question the validity of the marriage to Kulka concluded in Liechtenstein.
“GW” adds that Justyna Kulka, during a dozen or so months of her relationship with Zygmunt Solorz, joined the management and supervisory boards of over 30 of the businessman's companies – previous managers and the billionaire's family are being fired from the boards. This has recently affected Katarzyna Tomczuk from the management board of Polsat Media, which belongs to the Solorz family. In the near future, she plans to issue a statement in which she will accuse Justyna Kulka of trying to take over the businessman's empire.
