In the police databases, the officers established that the young driver had committed two gross traffic offenses in the first year of obtaining the license, which is why they made a request to the court.

In addition, as the officers reported, during the inspection it turned out that the technical condition of the BMW leaves much to be desired. The car had malfunctioning lights, cracked turn signal lenses and protruding sharp body parts. The police seized the BMW’s license plate and forbade the man to continue driving.

“Despite the fact that the young driver was aware of numerous shortcomings in the technical condition of his vehicle, he had the ban issued for nothing and got behind the wheel of the BMW again. The policemen stopped him for the second time, a few minutes after the end of the first inspection” – they informed.

The driver will also be prosecuted for driving an unauthorized vehicle.
