There was a hotel fire in the city of Incheon, South Korea. 54 people were injured, including eight foreigners. Some people suffered fractures while escaping from the flames. Some saved themselves by jumping onto the roof of a neighboring building. No one died, reports The Korea Herald.
The source of the fire, which broke out on Sunday around 9 p.m., was found in a parking lot high above the ground. The fire spread quickly throughout the building. 54 people were injured. Some of them suffered burns, others suffered fractures while escaping from the burning 18-story building.
Some of the escaping guests jumped onto the roof of a neighboring building. According to a Korean daily, no one was killed. Eight foreigners were among the injured, the local fire brigade said.
