We sent questions related to this matter to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but by the time of publication of the text we had not received an answer.

The services tried to resuscitate them. With no effect

“El Pais” described that two professional lifeguards, members of the Red Cross, arrived at the beach. They were not on duty at the time, but were alarmed and went to help. One of them, José Luis Oliva – reported “El Pais” – said that when they arrived, one unconscious person had already been resuscitated on the shore. A moment later, another one was pulled from the water. Resuscitation of the injured began and continued until the emergency services arrived.

The daily's sources at the Valencian Community's Emergency Information and Coordination Center (CICU) said health workers “tried to resuscitate two men aged between 40 and 50.” It ended in failure and these people died.
