The interest of Poles in real estate in Spain is constantly growing. Only in the first quarter of this year our compatriots bought almost a thousand houses and apartment buildings there. As the Thursday's “Puls Biznesu” indicates, it is almost a quarter more than a year earlier.
The latest data from Registradores de Espana shows that between January and March 2025, Poles purchased 998 houses and apartments on the Iberian Peninsula, improving the result from the same period of 2024 by almost 25 percent.

Change of regulations
In the context of the Spanish real estate market, the diary points out that from April 3, 2025, new regulations are in force, eliminating so -called golden visas.
