The driver of the passenger car pulled into the opposite lane and collided with the truck. The police report that the man led despite the court ban and was drunk. The car did not have a current review and insurance. The court in an accelerated mode sentenced the 24-year-old to a year in prison.

The collision took place on Monday on national road number 60 in Świerczyn in the Płock poviat. “Policemen initially determined that the head of Alfa Romeo lost control of the vehicle, pulled into the opposite lane and collided with a truck Scania,” informs the subcommitter Monika Jakubowska from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Płock. And he adds that no one has suffered serious injuries.

The police controlled the sobriety of collision participants. It turned out that the 24-year-old driver of a passenger car had nearly two alcohol per body. In addition, he had a court ban on driving, and the car did not have a technical inspection and insurance. “The police detained the vehicle's registration certificate and informed the Insurance Guarantee Fund about the lack of liability insurance policy” – emphasizes the horseshoes. The court sentenced the 24-year-old to a year in prison

The driver of Alfa Romeo went to police custody. In his case, officers from Drobin implemented accelerated proceedings. This means that in a short time from detention, the man was brought to court, where he heard a verdict for driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication and despite the court ban.

“The District Court in Sierpc ruled against the driver of one year imprisonment and a fine of PLN 10,000. In addition, the court imposed a life ban on driving all motor vehicles. The judgment is not final” – indicates a policewoman.

The circumstances of the collision are the subject of police proceedings. The man must additionally reckon with high financial penalties imposed by the Insurance Guarantee Fund for the lack of an important liability insurance policy.
