The police have detained a resident of the Wrocław district who committed another sexual act against a minor. At the request of the District Prosecutor's Office in Środa Śląska (Lower Silesia Province), the man was temporarily arrested for a period of three months. The police are publishing the personal data and image of the suspect.
At the end of July, the mother of the minor girl reported a disturbing incident in one of the towns in the district to the police in Środa Śląska.
“According to the woman, a strange man allegedly performed another sexual act on her 16-year-old daughter. The 35-year-old attacked the minor near a bus stop and then walked away,” the police statement reads.
The questioning of a dozen or so witnesses allowed the perpetrator to be identified and arrested. The District Court in Środa Śląska applied the most severe preventive measure against the man in the form of temporary arrest for a period of three months.

– The prosecutor's office decided to disclose the details of this man and his image, because the police found evidence that suggests that there could have been more wronged women. We have information about where this man was acting and in what circumstances. It was mainly at public transport stops or in public transport itself on the Wrocław-Legnica route. All women who could have been wronged by 35-year-old Grzegorz Tarczyluk are asked to contact us – he says in an interview with TVN24 asp. szt.
