A 29-year-old woman was murdered in the Stargard allotment gardens. The woman was found with head injuries, although despite the actions taken, her life could not be saved. A man was arrested in the case and confessed to the crimes he was accused of. He was charged with murder.
The incident took place on the night of November 14-15 in the forest area near the allotment gardens at Broniewskiego Street in Stargard. Prosecutor Łukasz Błogowski, press spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Szczecin, announced that Stargard police officers were called to intervene.
– A woman with visible head injuries was found at the scene. The officers started cardiopulmonary resuscitation until paramedics arrived, and then continued. Unfortunately, the 29-year-old woman died – explained Błogowski.
An examination was carried out on site and the bodies were secured for an autopsy.
The 29-year-old confessed to the crime
The District Prosecutor's Office in Stargard initiated an investigation into the case. The police detained a 29-year-old suspected of committing a crime.
– The man confessed to committing the crime and provided explanations. The prosecutor charged him with murder. At the court's request, he was temporarily arrested for three months, the spokesman added.
The man faces a penalty of imprisonment of not less than 10 years or life imprisonment.
