The first media reports about the breakdown of Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez’s marriage appeared in July this year, when the star appeared at the Wimbledon tennis tournament without a wedding ring on her finger. She was accompanied by her colleague from the set of the musical “Wicked”, Ethan Slater. Informants close to the couple reported then that the spouses had been separated since February.
As reported by CNN, on Monday the singer filed for divorce in the Los Angeles County court. The star cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup. As agreed by the portal USA Today Dalton Gomez also filed a similar lawsuit in the case on Monday, September 18.

In the past, the singer was engaged to comedian Pete Davidson. The couple separated in 2018.
