A driver mowed down a road sign

“Thanks to the witness's report, the police quickly determined that the car belonged to a resident of the Sułkowice commune. A moment later they were already at the scene, at the irresponsible driver's house. It turned out that a 20-year-old was behind the wheel of the Toyota passenger car,” the Małopolska police reported in a press release.

The young man was sober at the time of the intervention. He admitted to damaging the sign – the damage to his Toyota also indicated that he had collided with a metal post.
