Someone jumped on 10 cars parked in one of the parking lots in Suwałki (Podlaskie Voivodeship). The cars had dented roofs. The police officers who arrived on the scene took Mieszko’s dog with them. He caught the trail and led them to the apartment of the suspected 28-year-old. The man has already been charged. He will spend the next two months in custody.

The police learned about the destruction of the cars from a report received on Thursday (May 25) in the morning. The owners estimated losses at a total amount of almost PLN 43,000.

“The police determined that 10 cars were damaged, after which someone jumped, causing dents in the bodywork” – writes Commissioner Eliza Sawko from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Suwałki.

“Mieszek led the uniformed officers to the apartment where the vandal was staying, but before the arrival of the policemen he managed to escape” – Kom. Sawko points out.

The 28-year-old suspect fell into the hands of uniformed officers on the same day. He heard 10 charges of property damage, and on Friday – by court decision – he was arrested for two months. He faces up to five years in prison.
