An indictment against the 39-year-old who attacked the driver of the city bus in connection with his nationality was sent to the Szczecin court. The man confessed to the alleged deed and refused to explain. The attack took place on October 28, 2024.

“In the indictment addressed to the court, the prosecutor accused Daniel P. of the fact that, acting in public and for no reason, therefore showing a gross disregard for the legal order, as well as due to national affiliation he used violence against the driver of a city bus, which is a citizen of Georgia Małkhaz R. in The way he kicked him and hit his fist several times, causing him facial injuries for a period not exceeding 7 days ” – we read in a statement of the prosecutor's office.

The man confessed to the alleged acts, but refused to explain. Police supervision and a ban on contacting and approaching the injured were applied to him.

The 39-year-old is punishable by a prison sentence from three months to five years.

The incident occurred on October 28, 2024 on the Szczecin bus line 58. After the man attacked the driver, the police quickly set and detained two people in the case.

“His 44-year-old companion was questioned, while after analyzing the evidence and interrogating witnesses, the prosecutor's allegations were heard by a 38-year-old aggressor,” we read in the communication of the Szczecin police.
