During the night patrol, Szczecin police officers received an unusual offer from one of the drivers. The 19-year-old pulled his car up against an unmarked police car and challenged the police: “one, two, three, let's race.” The man accelerated to 141 kilometers per hour, exceeding the speed limit by 71 km/h.

An unusual situation occurred on the night of November 29-30 in Szczecin. Two men in a Mercedes approached the police in an unmarked police car. The driver approached their vehicle and shouted: “one, two, three, let's race.”

“The Mercedes driver moved dynamically from the spot, and the police car's video recorder recorded him reaching a speed of 141 km/h, exceeding the permissible limit by 71 km/h,” we read in the police statement.

The police stopped the driver for inspection.

The 19-year-old received a fine of PLN 2,500 and 15 penalty points.
