The 47-year-old broke his leg and got stuck in Ostrów Grabowski in Szczecin. Policemen lost contact with the victim, so they asked for help of water rescuers. They found the man together and helped him.
The incident occurred on March 1 in the afternoon. Szczecin police officers informed the Bosman of the WOPR on duty about a man with a broken leg on the island of Ostrów Grabowski, with whom contact was lost. Officers and rescuers were sent to the place.
“After reaching the island, together with the police, we heard a call for help, but the injured was in a hard -to -reach, marshy area. After intensive search, he managed to find him” – we read in the message of Woprowców.

The 47-year-old was given first aid and with a low immersion boat and a lowered beak were transported ashore. The victim was hospitalized.
