Commissioner Juliusz Goluński, head of the Intervention and Road Traffic Department of the County Police Headquarters in Szczecinek confirmed such an event. – A 26-year-old man shot a random person in the face. We assume that he was aiming at another person – he explained. – The reason was to draw the man's attention, we do not know the details – he added.
Natalia Dorochowicz, spokeswoman for the Provincial Emergency Medical Service, said that the medical rescue team was dispatched to the 52-year-old with a wound to the cheek and a foreign body. – After performing the necessary medical rescue procedures, the conscious patient was transported to the hospital in a stable condition – she added.
