On Wednesday (March 15) a fire broke out in one of the apartments in Szczecinek. Police officers were informed about the incident before 8 pm. When they arrived on the spot, firefighters were already carrying out their activities. – Witnesses pointed to an apartment from which thick smoke was coming out. As it turned out, there were three people in the apartment who were taken outside the building, where they were given medical assistance. One person was hospitalized for observation – says senior asp. Anna Matys, press officer of the Poviat Police Headquarters in Szczecinek.

The reason for the smoke in the building turned out to be copper wires burned in a tiled stove.
