Szymon Hołownia announced that no person from Poland 2050 will be nominated to supervisory boards. The Marshal of the Sejm also emphasized that “if such people are there today, they will resign.”

“A ban on appointing party employees to management boards and company councils. A ban on appointing parliamentarians and local government officials to company boards and councils. A ban on party financing by members of management boards and company councils. We start changes from ourselves,” wrote the Speaker of the Sejm, the leader of Poland 2050, on the X platform.

Hołownia on nominations to supervisory boards

Hołownia emphasized that “no person employed or belonging to Polska 2050 will be nominated to supervisory boards.” “If such people are there today, they will resign,” he added.

Earlier, Hołownia, vice-chairman of the party Michał Kobosko, head of the Polska 2050 club Mirosław Suchoń and MP Barbara Oliwiecka announced at a press briefing that work on the draft law on the depoliticization of State Treasury companies had started.

By the end of February, we will try to present to our coalition partners a draft law on the depoliticization of State Treasury companies, Hołownia said at a press conference.

Former advisor to Hołownia on the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska

The Ministry of State Assets announced on Friday that the following persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board of Poczta Polska: Magdalena Gaj, Paweł Wojciechowski, Jerzy Sławek and Mariusz Popek. The new chairman is a former minister of finance and a former economic adviser Szymon Hołownia – Paweł Wojciechowski.
