In theory, it is a religious celebration – the 16th Thanksgiving in the Family. Performed by Tadeusz Rydzyk, it was a political and ideological rally. The Redemptorist said that the West was dying and asked if Poland would die too. This is the same rhetoric that we have been hearing from Law and Justice politicians for months – during and after the campaign.

PiS's anti-German and anti-EU rhetoric
