A 26-year-old woman and her three-year-old child were taken to hospital as a result of an accident that occurred in Krawce (Podkarpackie Voivodeship). The 26-year-old lost control of the steering wheel and drove into the canal. She was carrying two small children.

The accident occurred on Friday (October 20) after 8 a.m. in Krawce. According to the police, a 26-year-old woman driving a Volkswagen did not adjust her speed to the road conditions, lost control of the vehicle and drove into the canal.

– Her two children, aged three and six, were traveling with the woman. The 26-year-old woman and the younger child were taken to hospital for tests, said Subinspector Beata Jędrzejewska-Wrona, press officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Tarnobrzeg.

The police determined that the 26-year-old driver of the Volkswagen was sober.
