Tanker collides with minibus. Only one woman survives

On Saturday, in the Rivne region in western Ukraine, a truck carrying oil collided with a minibus, killing 14 people, including a six-year-old child. Only one person survived, Reuters reported, citing local rescue services.

A tragic accident occurred on Saturday at 3:45 p.m. on the route between the towns of Ostróg and Wierzchów in the Rivne Oblast – the main branch of the State Emergency Service in the Rivne Oblast reported in a message posted on social media.

A tanker transporting fuel collided with a Mercedes Sprinter minibus.

According to initial information, 14 people died, including a six-year-old child. Only one woman survived. Medics and police are currently working at the scene of the accident.
