The Tatra National Park (TPN) announced that the popular tourist trail will be closed on the Wodogrzmoty Mickiewicza – Włosienica section for both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. There will also be no horse-drawn transport services there. The route will be completely closed until Friday.

How will you get to Morskie Oko?

Tourists will only be able to travel on the section from Palenica Białczańska to the green trail towards the Valley of Five Polish Ponds, as well as to Roztoka. In turn, access to Morskie Oko will only be possible from the Five Ponds Valley – through Świstówka Roztocka and through Szpiglasowa Przełęcz. Due to changing weather, the planned schedule of works on the road to Morskie Oko may change. Parking lots in the area of the trail to Morskie Oko, i.e. at Palenica Białczańska and Łysa Polana, will be open throughout the renovation of the trail.
