Rescuers informed the Tatra National Park guards and the police about the case.

– The police spoke with the injured man at the hospital. However, he did not want to report anything, so we are not investigating the matter. There was probably a fight there, said junior inspector Sebastian Gleń, the press officer of the Lesser Poland police.

– It is an act that calls for vengeance to heaven, especially in the mountains. If something like this happens somewhere in the city, the situation is different. In the mountains, where the terrain is inherently complex, a person treated with such a gas is not able to fully take care of their safety. It is very easy for a disaster to happen then, Tomasz Wojciechowski assessed.
