On Monday, the sun shone over the Tatra Mountains, and the temperature rose significantly. Mountain rescuers remind you to plan your trips in the morning in hot weather and take a supply of water in your backpack. When setting out on mountain trails in hot weather, it is necessary to cover your head. Overheating of the body is a common cause of fainting, and sometimes even sudden illness.
