The Tatra National Park announced the reopening of the red trail on the section from the Zawrat pass to Świnica. Tourists can wander along it from Tuesday, but only in the direction of Świnica.

The trail was closed and then slightly rebuilt due to a rock fall under the Blue Crag.

Currently, tourists can walk along the open trail in one direction – from the Zawrat Pass to the west, to Świnica. From the Zawrat pass to the east begins Orla Perć – a trail considered the most difficult in the Polish Tatras.

A large rock fall under Niebieska Turnia became active after torrential rains and frosts in May 2018, destroying the popular trail connecting Świnica with the Zawrat pass. Two years ago, the trail was made available to tourists, and now its course has been corrected.
