Of course, this election postulate remains valid. I will present to the Prime Minister a plan to fulfill this commitment – said Minister of Finance Andrzej Domański in the “Piasecki conversation” program on TVN24. He declared that this postulate would “be implemented”. “I would like it to happen as soon as possible, i.e. during this term,” he said.
The Minister of Finance pointed out that Poland at the same time bears high costs related to defense. – We are spending the most of all Member States at the moment NATOalmost 5 percent GDP – he emphasized.
Tax -free amount
The Civic Coalition in its election program, or “100 specifics for the first 100 days of rule”, announced a raising tax -free amounts – “from PLN 30,000 to PLN 60,000, in the case of taxpayers settling according to the tax scale, including entrepreneurs and pensioners.”
The path of this promise has still not been presented.
– The government does not give up raising a tax -free amount to PLN 60,000 – the prime minister declared in March Donald Tusk. The head of government explained, however, that in 2024 the change could not be introduced “for financial and budget reasons”. – Certainly not this year, certainly earlier than before the end of the term – assured Prime Minister Tusk, referring to the implementation of a high -profile election promise.
