1. Taylor Swift concerts canceled
Three Taylor Swift concerts in Vienna were canceled after Austrian authorities said Wednesday that two suspects had been arrested in connection with planning an attack in the city.
The 19-year-old main suspect was arrested in Ternitz, the second in the capital Austria.

2. Polish students detained in Nigeria
IN Nigeria Seven Poles were detained: six students of Oriental studies at the University of Warsaw and their guardian, a lecturer from the University of Warsaw. They were there on a trip.
“It was determined that their going out at night outside their accommodation was considered by the local police to be a violation of local law. The authorities of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, where the detained students study, are involved in activities to help the students,” said Anna Modzelewska, spokesperson for the University of Warsaw.
3. Gold and bronze in climbing
Is first gold medal for Poland at the Paris Games. The Olympic champion in the timed climb was Aleksandra Mirosław. The bronze medal was won by Aleksandra Kałucka.
4. Volleyball players advanced to the final
Polish national volleyball team will play for gold in the Olympic tournament in Paris. The White and Reds won the semi-final against the United States 3:2. Even injuries to Paweł Zatorski and Marcin Janusz did not stop them.
The rivals of the Polish team will be: Francewho won after a one-sided match Italy 3:0. The final match will take place on Saturday, August 10th at 1 p.m. You can watch this and other matches on the Max platform.
5. Szeremeta fights for gold
Julia Szeremeta defeated Filipina Nestha Petecio and advanced to the final boxing tournament in the 57-kilogram category. This means that in the worst case, she will be happy with a silver medal.
Her final opponent will be Yu Ting Lin from Taipei, who confidently won on points against Turkey's Esra Yildiz Kahraman.
